1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching

€350 per month · Minimum 2 months

This is our most personal option.
We build everything around you — your schedule, your goals, your preferences.

You choose the style:

  • More numbers and data if you love clarity
  • Or simple principles if you already have enough on your mind

It is never restrictive unless you want it to be.

We focus on the big rocks:

  • Daily movement
  • A steady calorie target

28-Day Kickstart

€200 total · 28 days

A friendly group program to help you reboot your habits in just four weeks.

You may repeat the Kickstart once.
